We generally deliver products within Dhaka from 48 to 72 hours from the order approval time. And outside Dhaka, it may take up to 72 to 144 hours from the order approval time. But we cannot be held responsible for late delivery caused by any incident beyond our control or by the delivery company.

We manage our stock properly and immediately remove the purchase option from the product page that is not available. But still we do guarantee the availability of all the products of your order. In this type of situation, we will let you know. You may receive the order without the product or cancel the order. If you’ve paid through our online payment gateway, your money will be refunded within 5 working days. Please check our refund policy.

Amlaki promises to deliver quality and authentic products to their customers. Therefore, Amlaki always runs Quality Control Checks after receiving the ordered product. Amlaki reserves all rights to cancel any order of the customer after finding any quality issue from Quality Control Checks of the ordered product, as Amlaki aims to give its customers the best online shopping experience.

Amlaki also reserves all rights to cancel any order if the ordered product is unavailable or if it is out-of-stock. Product unavailability cannot be predetermined or predicted by Amlaki, whether it is caused due to unavoidable inventory management issues, website management issues, vendor stock update issues or any other unpredictable reason.

We believe we have awesome customer support. Our customer support agents are very friendly and motivated to help you on any of your concern. But customer support may be delayed because of heavy pressure or holiday.

We do not guarantee the results written on the product details. Results may vary from person to person. We are also not held responsible if any damage happens to your skin or health after using any product as we do not manufacture any products ourselves.
